Our terms and conditions are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for both our customers and service providers. Please read the following terms carefully. They are divided into two tiers based on the nature of the service you receive:

  1. Services referred to a business on the Squeegee App network

  2. Services fulfilled directly by a Xilio business

1. Customer Requests and Receives an Instant Quote Referred to a Business on the Squeegee App Network

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Xilio and customers who receive services through referrals to businesses on the Squeegee App network.

Service Referral Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accepting an instant quote and agreeing to be referred to a provider on the Squeegee App network, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Referral Process: If Xilio cannot fulfill your service request, your details will be referred to a business on the Squeegee App network.

3. Data Handling: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with data protection laws. By agreeing to the referral, you consent to your details being shared with third-party service providers.

4. Quotes and Pricing: Instant quotes are provided based on the information you supply. Final prices may vary based on the provider’s assessment.

5. Regular services: If you accept a quote for a regular service, we require a commitment to a minimum of 3 cleans.

6. Service Agreement: Once referred, the service agreement is between you and the third-party provider. Xilio is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party providers.

7. Booking and Payment: Booking and payment terms will be determined by the third-party provider. Xilio is not involved in payment transactions.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations and rescheduling policies are subject to the terms set by the third-party provider.

9. Liability: Xilio is not liable for any damages or issues arising from services provided by third-party providers. Any claims must be directed to the third-party provider.

10. Customer Obligations: Customers must provide access to the property and ensure that the areas to be cleaned are safe and accessible.

11. Complaints and Disputes: Complaints regarding services provided by third-party providers must be directed to the provider. Xilio will assist in facilitating communication but is not responsible for resolving disputes.


2. Customer Requests and Receives an Instant Quote Fulfilled by a Xilio Business

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Xilio and customers who receive services directly from Xilio businesses.

Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accepting an instant quote and booking a service with Xilio, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services: Xilio provides exterior cleaning services, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and conservatory cleaning.

3. Quotes and Pricing: Instant quotes provided by Xilio are based on the information supplied by the customer. Prices are subject to change if the information provided is inaccurate.

4. Booking and Payment: Customers can book services online and payments are through one of the automated methods offered online (card or direct debit) which is due upon completion of the service.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

6. Liability: Xilio is insured for the services provided. In case of any damage caused during the service, customers must report it within 24 hours for claims to be considered.

7. Customer Obligations: Customers must provide access to the property and ensure that the areas to be cleaned are safe and accessible.

8. Complaints and Disputes: Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the service. Xilio will attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
